How to make remittance

1. To make inward remittance for importation, a legal person should provide the following documents:
Import contract
Import certificate signed by Customs of Kazakhstan

2. To make outward remittance for exportation, a legal person should provide the following document:
Import contract
Export certificate signed by the Customs of Kazakhstan

3. To make outward remittance, a natural person should give an eye to the following matters:
To make sure the amount of remittance is under 3,000 US dollars
To disclaim any relationship with business or investment activities with the remittance
To provide the registration number of the tax-payer in Kazakhstan
To provide the passport number or any other identification certificate of remitter

4. To make inward remittance, a natural person should give an eye to the following matters:
To disclaim any relationship with business or investment activities with the remittance
To provide any document of the source and usage of the remittance, e.g., any agreement or contract between the remitter and the remittee when the remittance is over 3,000 US dollars
To provide the passport or other identification certificate of remittee
