We would like to inform you that due to Chinese spring festival holiday, our bank's RMB exchange and RMB remittance services to China will be adjusted during the period from January 27 to February  4, 2025. The specific arrangements are as follows: 

Exchange services schedule:

·    On January 27, RMB exchange services will be provided only till 13:00 Almaty time.

        From January 28 till February 4 inclusive, RMB exchange services will NOT be provided.·  

On February 5, RMB exchange services will be back to normal

Remittance services to China schedule:

From January 28 till February 4 inclusive, the RMB remittance business will be temporarily suspended. Principally, no processing will be done for the remittance of other currencies.

On February 5, Remittance services of all currencies  are operating normally.
